Skincare built by longevity scientists — not marketers

Most skincare addresses what happens after your skin ages: the appearance of wrinkles, loss of visible firmness, and dullness. But four PhD longevity scientists asked a different question: what if you could target the cellular process that causes visible aging in the first place?

Their answer is OS-01, the first peptide scientifically proven to address senescent cells — the damaged "zombie cells" that accumulate with age and accelerate visible skin decline. The result: the first topical clinically validated to address visible skin aging at the source. In a double-blind 12-week clinical study of OS-01 FACE:

  • 100% of users showed improved overall appearance

  • 96% improved visible firmness

  • 87% showed improvement in the appearance of wrinkles

  • Barrier strength improved 15%

This isn't skincare with better marketing. It's skincare with better science. And real results.

TODAY'S TOP STORY

📌 Broward County Could Still Kill the Hollywood Beachfront Tower — Here's How The fight over Portofino Hollywood is far from over — and a new path forward has just emerged. Longtime Hollywood activist Steve Welsch is calling on Broward County to join Hillsborough County's active legal challenge to the Live Local Act — the Florida law being used to push the Related Group's controversial 27-story tower onto public beachfront land at 1301 S. Ocean Drive. "If the county would join the Hillsborough lawsuit right now, that would put everything on hold. If Hillsborough wins the lawsuit, this deal's gone," Welsch told Florida Bulldog. Broward could do this simply by filing a friend-of-the-court brief — no major legal action required. "If Broward County doesn't recognize this, then they're failing their constituencies, including Hollywood where residents were thrown under the bus by their elected officials." The clock is ticking — and residents are watching.

📰 NEWS & STORIES

Local 10's Dirty Dining is back — and the latest round of Broward County restaurant inspections is eye-opening. One restaurant racked up 70 violations — the highest in South Florida so far in 2026. Dead rodents, mold in the ice and food at dangerous temperatures were among the findings that forced multiple closures. Hollywood alone has had 18 restaurant closures this year, with Broward County's overall pass rate sitting at 83.2% — below the state average of 86.1%. Before you eat out this summer, it's worth a quick check.

Visit inspectfl.org and type in any restaurant name to see their full inspection history before you book a table.

Good news for beachgoers: Broward County's major sand bypass operation is now moving to its next phase — targeting the northern end of Surf Road on Hollywood Beach, one of the areas hit hardest by erosion. Sand is being pumped directly from the Port Everglades entrance channel, funded entirely by tourist development taxes and backed by the US Army Corps of Engineers. The project is adding nearly 887,000 cubic yards of sand across Dania Beach, Hollywood Beach and Hallandale Beach. Projects of this scale only happen every 7 or 8 years — more beach, better beaches, right in time for summer.

Here's your Thursday feel-good story. A lucky player at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek — part of the same Seminole Hard Rock family right here in Hollywood — placed a $5 side bet on Ultimate Texas Hold'em last Friday and hit a $977,511 Royal Flush multi-game progressive jackpot. The single biggest jackpot in Broward County this year. On a five dollar bet. The dream is very much alive out there, Hollywood. 🎰
